If you have made an error in making fees payments through the online payment gateway, please notify us within one (1) working day of your payment as we need to do the required bank reconciliation before processing your refund request.

Cancellation Policy
For our monthly fees payment, you may cancel with 2 months notice. To request for cancellation of your monthly fees payment, please contact us at +603-22011107 or at +6012-2852007 or alternatively send us your information (full name, contact number and address) along with the payment slips to Ms Sangeetha at sangeetha@abcautism.com.my. Please contact us two (2) weeks prior to the next monthly payment otherwise your credit card may be charged another time before cancellation.
